Our journey began with a commitment to addressing the pressing challenges faced by such care facilities, from staffing shortages to quality care delivery. Through years of experience and expertise, we have carefully developed solutions to aid the needs of each facility we serve.
We believe in the power of education and support to drive meaningful change. Our consultations provide insights and guidance to help identify and address retention issues effectively. From developing strategies to providing ongoing evaluation and support, we work closely with our clients to implement solutions that bring about tangible results.
One of our flagship programs, the Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPP), offers a complete curriculum designed to support international and new graduate nurses as they transition into long term care practice. Through a combination of didactic lectures, hands on training, and mentorship, participants gain the skills and confidence needed to excel in their roles.
In addition to our TPP program, we offer many other services designed to enhance staff and improve care. Our Onboarding and Orientation Support Program (OOSP) fastens the orientation process, ensuring that new hires are integrated into the facility and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
In addition to our core services, NSDxpert also organizes staff retreats and conferences dedicated to staff engagement and morale. These events provide opportunities for networking, sharing best practices, and fostering a positive work culture within organizations.
